Dear Pattie You came to me with rave reviews from Mary Hilfiger who strongly recommended you as the caterer I needed for the bridal shower/luncheon at Perkins Mansion last Saturday. Please forgive this very tardy "Thank You" note, I just returned to Charlotte, North Carolina from Rochester after four days of basking in the success of that luncheon. I cannot tell you how wonderful your presentation and menu were … I actually saw some of the young girls who barely take a taste of anything march right back to the buffet table two times and return with plates chock full of everything you served. We all stuffed ourselves and smiled with every bite! The food was absolutely tremendous and you went the extra mile to set it all up so beautifully that it had "FIRST CLASS" stamped all over it. If you are ever in need of a recommendation for a client, I hope you’ll give my contact information. I promise you I will give you four stars in every category. Pattie, I wanted, even belatedly, to thank you and your helpers for providing such a successful dinner for Temple Grandin. It was just exactly as I'd hoped: a remarkably delicious dinner appeared out of nowhere for all my guests, and by the time we got back from Temple's presentation, the house was as neat and clean as it had been before. All the comments on dinner were excellent, as were the leftovers. So thank you for coming through once again!
